Leadership & Volunteering

One of the greatest successes of the partnership has been to encourage young people to take up roles which enable their leadership qualities to come to the fore. Whether as coach, official, organiser or advocate pupils from our schools have really risen to the challenge and without their support the events and programmes we run would just not happen.

We've seen the pathway grow in the last year to mean that there are meaningful and regular opportunities to lead right the way from primary school up to further education. Recent work means that we're also recruiting the best leaders from higher education to work back in our schools, getting valuable experience that will greatly enhance their career.
